Shipping policy

Custom Rods

As you notice when configuring your rod, these are custom built within 30 days of receiving your order. Please consider the 30 day build time when selecting shipping options at checkout. We try our best to shorten these time frames and in most cases can deliver a fully custom rod in 2 weeks. If you are in a time crunch, please reach out to us before placing an order and we can provide you a specific turn time.

Push Poles

Push poles are stocked items and can generally ship out the following business day after order is placed. Standard shipping rates are available for standard push poles that are not in the assembled state. For local Houston area deliveries, an assembly and delivery service is available for an additional fee. 

Damaged Goods

Hook Strong purchases shipping insurance for all orders. If items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately and include photos of the damaged package, product, and shipping label. We will handle it from there and start working on your replacement item right away.
